Back in our kitchen, the plums are gently cooked in small batches using traditional preserving methods with sugar, organic lemon juice and zest, fragrant Madagascan vanilla and a delicate pinch of Maldon Sea Salt. The result is an elegant preserve that perfectly balances the natural sweetness and gentle tartness of yellow cherry plums, with bright citrus notes and a subtle vanilla warmth that enhances the fruit.
